Herbicare 7-Day Return Policy

At Herbicare, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery, subject to the following terms:

Return Eligibility

✅ The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

✅ The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

✅ Returns will only be accepted for products purchased directly from Herbicare.pk.

 

Non-Returnable Items

❌ Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

❌ Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper storage will not be eligible for returns.

❌ Discounted or promotional items are final sale and non-refundable.

 

Return Process

2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, you will receive return instructions.

3. Ship the Product – The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Inspection & Refund – Upon inspection, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days (excluding shipping fees).

Herbicare reserves the right to deny refunds if the product does not meet the return criteria.

We are not liable for damages caused during return shipping.
