Ownership of products remains with Herbicare until full payment is received.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Delivery timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Herbicare is not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, customs, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect addresses or failed deliveries due to customer error are the customer’s sole responsibility.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in accordance with our Return Policy.

Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

Herbicare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy requirements.
